Review: A really great product The ball arrives packaged in a box (mine came in a box with a different colored ball on the outer package - purple was pictured, but mine came in a mint green. I’m not disappointed though. The outer package shoes it comes in a variety of cour, including black, grey, purple, pink and green. I think these are sent out randomly. The ball fits perfectly into the arch of a foot and is great for a massage into the foot or onto the palm of a hand to massage tired fingers and palms. This could be used to massage other parts of the body that may be sore such as calves and thighs. The spikes are very small and more like a little knob than a spike and I’m not vicious or hash on the skin - they are various sizes also. The size of this ball is perfect to throw into a handbag and take to work to massage your feet under your desk or even useful for at the gym. It is very portable. I would highly recommend and consider this very good value for money.
